Do you ship international?
Yes we ship worldwide.

When will you ship my order?
We process and dispatch orders within 24 hours from the order placed. You will get regular updates of your order on your registered email address.

What are the delivery charges?
• Shipping is free for all orders on or above INR 999, shipped within India.
• A Standard Shipping Charge of Rs. 100 PAN India will be applicable to all orders under Rs.999.
• For international shipping, we charge INR 1000 for all the orders.

How can I track my order?
* To track your order, you can login your B&B profile and choose “My Account” to view your order details.
* If you have placed an order as a guest, please follow the “Track Shipping” link in your confirmation email or mail us your order no and email ID using which you had placed the order. For any order queries you can reach out to us on all weekdays except Sundays and government Holidays.

When will I receive my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse our standard delivery time is 3-5 working days. Please note -orders to J&K, military addresses; rural domestic addresses require two or more additional days to deliver. We work with all leading logistics partners in India to ensure smooth and timely delivery of your order. You can track your order at any time with the provided tracking details in your email.

I’m unable to track my shipment

What if my product id undelivered?
We sincerely apologize in case your order is delayed. Please reach out to us with your registered email & order number and we will escalate the matter to the shipping partner on your behalf.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER

For international shipping, we charge INR 1000 for all the orders . *Duties and taxes will be applicable as indicated by your Nation-state’s guidelines and will be borne by the client. On the off chance that you have any inquiries correlated with custom charges, kindly contact your local customs office. We are unable to guide you for the same as custom charges vary from Country to Country.

 In case there is any import duty, taxes or brokerage fee applicable, it has to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. For US and Australia, the orders usually do not have import duties.
